BATTERY AND CHARGER INSPECTIONS
We provide on-site battery and charger inspections with full reports detailing all aspects of your batteries and chargers. Maintaining the charger and its control system is crucial to achieving maximum performance from your forklift battery. Your battery problems could actually be the result of a faulty charger. Charger problems range from simply changing an AC fuse to replacing the entire control board. Our service technicians are able to find and correct small problems before they become larger more costly problems.
OUR PREDICTIVE / PERIODIC AGREEMENTS MAXIMIZE YOUR UP TIME
We provide typical annual agreements as well as custom-tailor them depending on your needs. They can cover, but are not limited to: battery watering battery and charger periodic maintenance that is a routine complete inspection of your forklift battery and charger fleet. battery and charger life by eliminating problems before they happen. We leave no stone upturned! Our service technicians will perform comprehensive tests on batteries, chargers and battery changing equipment as well as any optional accessories such as single point filling systems. We can design a periodic maintenance program to meet your needs for monthly, quarterly or semi annually PM services for a single battery/charger to battery and charger fleets.
SHOP EVALUATION AND REPAIR / RECONDITIONING
After evaluation of your battery, if necessary, we can pickup your batteries, leave a loaner battery and return it to the shop to equalize, acid balance, and capacity test each one. If necessary, we will refurbish your batteries through steam cleaning, resealing, and painting. We can also rebuild your batteries through cell replacement, cable replacement, and any other repairs as needed.

The EHF Series™ provide a multi-curve range for standard flooded, low maintenance flooded and low maintenance valve regulated batteries.
The EHF Series High Frequency battery charger utilizes the latest in MOSFET technology to provide very high efficiency performance. The EHF Series has the capability to charge GNB Flooded Classic Flat Plate, GNB Flooded Classic Platinum Heavy Duty Flooded Flat Plate, Element VRLA, Tubular-LM Low Maintenance Flooded Tubular Plate, and Tubular-HP High Performance Flooded Tubular Plate batteries.
With a DC output of 300 amps at 24, 36, and 48 volts, and 200 amps at 72 and 80 volts, GNB’s EHF-HP opportunity charger is capable of applying a 25A/100Ah start rate to a very broad range of batteries. The temperature compensated charging algorithm and a programmable 80% charge termination both contribute to maintaining optimum battery performance and battery health. Reducing or even eliminating battery change-outs in your operation significantly lowers the operator’s risk of injury due to battery handling.
The Element LMT family of high frequency chargers is designed for conventional charging, opportunity charging and fast charging applications. The chargers utilize IGBT/MOSFET technologies resulting in improved efficiency, smaller sizes and lighter packages.
The GNB family of battery chargers uses precise electronic control to maximize battery life and minimize the battery recharge time required.
Designed to provide flexibility, the SCR charger line has the capability to charge either GNB Champion VRLA batteries or traditional flooded batteries with simple setting adjustments.
